- We look for signs of pests such as bugs and rodents
- Make sure appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, etc. are working properly
- Check for unusual odors
- Check toilets, faucets, sinks, and drains for leaks or other issues
- Check on garage door operation
- Monitor water heater, furnace and air conditioning settings
- Check that lights and outlets are working properly
- Replace lightbulbs and smoke detector or other batteries if requested
Exterior services:
- Check for damage and vandalism
- Take in mail
- Monitor exterior lights and fixtures (flag poles, decorations, etc.)
- Remove debris and newspapers
- Monitor pool equipment and water levels
- Give landscaping and maintenance reports
- Monitor outdoor faucets and other equipment

Departure services:
We set your home to your specifications while you are away.
This can help minimize energy consumption and prevent future issues such as frozen pipes
Departure service includes, but is not limited to:
- Turning water supply off
- Turning off water heater and lower homes temperature
- Covering outdoor furniture
- Set/turning off light and irrigation timers
- Securing doors/windows
- Closing blinds and curtains
- Special requests
Welcome back services:
This will have your home ready for your arrival or for guest arrivals.
Welcome home services include, but are not limited to:
- Uncovering outdoor furniture
- Setting appliances and temperatures to requested settings
- Turning water supply on
- Opening blinds and curtains
- Special requests
Keyholder and Concierge services
As a keyholder, we can meet service providers, contractors, or any other guests at your home to provide access. We can remain at the property or simply give access and secure the property after they leave. We can take photos and videos of the services preformed to forward to the client if requested.
Additional services
Clients may be expecting packages or important articles of mail. We retrieve these items and bring them in the home with every visit, but we are also able to send them to the client if needed.
Vehicles left on the property may need to be routinely started to maintain the battery and engine. When left unused, engine fluids start to break down, parts that aren't getting lubricated begin to corrode, and even worse, animals may move in, chewing on anything they can reach.
